WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in the USA with multiple fulfillment centers all over the world. 

 

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

• Most of our products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow around 3-5 weeks to receive your purchase(s), although the time can be shorter or longer depending on the customs for your country
• Here are the average delivery time for different countries 
• USA: 10-23 days 
• New Zealand & UK: 14-25 days 
• Rest of the world:14-45 days 

For some of our popular products under heavy demand may take slightly longer so we ask all customers to please allow 45 days before contacting us regarding shipping, thanks!

 

 

I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

 

When you order multiple items they may be shipped separately due to logistically reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...They will get to you. 

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHATS GOING ON?

Kindly check your spam or junk folder as sometimes the email might end up there.

We accept all major credit cards through the Striped payment system. We also accept PayPal Checkout payments as well.
